Can I lay-by an item?

We don’t currently offer lay-by, but many of our pieces stay in stock for a short time, so if you’ve fallen for something, we recommend securing it early.

Can I re-order something that’s sold out?
If an item you love is showing sold out, get in touch at hello@studiobrune.com.
We’ll do our best to bring it back in for you and will only process payment once we confirm it’s ready to ship.

Can I buy online and collect in person?
Absolutely. Simply select Local Pick Up at checkout and we’ll be in touch when your order is ready to collect from our Pambula office.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Always. Complimentary gift wrapping is available on most items, just tick the Gift Wrap option in your cart.
Please note: larger pieces such as rugs and art can’t be wrapped.

Can you include a handwritten note?
Of course. Just pop your message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll hand-write it for you (neatly, we promise).

What if I’m ordering multiple gifts?
We’re more than happy to wrap each one individually, just leave clear instructions in your checkout notes or send us an email after placing your order.
Please note we can only ship to one address per order.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?
Please double-check your shipping details when ordering.
If your parcel comes back to us, a $9.95 re-delivery fee will apply to resend it.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If something isn’t right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Small variations in texture or colour are part of the handmade nature of many of our products and are not considered faults.
