If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
If you’d like to return a full-priced item for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must reach us in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been safely returned and inspected.
Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and a $9.95 freight fee will be deducted from all refunds.
Exchanges & Credits
Prefer to swap or hold onto your credit? No problem.
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and once approved, return your item within 24 hours of receiving your return authorisation. You’ll receive a credit note valid for 3 months, or we can organise an exchange where possible.
Sale Items & Faulty Goods
All sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@studiobrune.com within 48 hours so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Return postage is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
If an item is deemed faulty, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
